The MBS Commercial
Deposit program has been designed to work
as a supplement to your Credit Union’s
existing core system instead of as a replacement
for it. This means that there is no impact
to your Credit Union’s existing account
database, and no need to change processes
for your consumer customers.
The Commercial
Deposit product sits along side of your
current software, and is accessed by a
simple click of the mouse. Tellers are
able to perform consumer and commercial
transactions without the need to “sign
on and sign off” the
respective platforms. Teller transactions
from your existing system and ours are
performed using one cash drawer, using
one teller terminal, and cash needs to
be counted only one time at balancing.
Commercial
deposit account totals are included on
your General Ledger, are included in
your Call Reports, and your Credit Union
keeps all income that is generated from service
fees.
